Think of a computers’ hard drive as a record player, with a spinning disk and a reading/writing head. If your Laptop is moved too fast, bumped or dropped, the head can scratch the disk risking your private data, & possibly cause your laptop to start acting very strangely or run at a snails pace.

We can often clone your drive to a brand new one leaving your Laptop looking exactly as it did before with all of your data intact.
This option is Fast and Very Affordable, however it is not always achievable if the Hard Drive is too far damaged.
If you suspect a damaged hard drive, we recommend you stop using your laptop immediately to avoid any data loss & to give us the best chance of using The Quick Clone option.
When the Hard Drive in your Laptop is not able to be cloned, we will attempt to recover your personal files & store them safely as the first step to ensure we give you the best chance of saving your data.
Next we install a new replacement hard drive & load your operating system back on. We fully update Windows or Mac OS & Install all the most commonly used applications.
